Important Notice for Rideshare & Delivery Drivers
By renting a vehicle with us, you explicitly agree to maintain active rideshare/delivery platform profiles and adhere to both our rental terms and the terms of your respective gig platforms (e.g., Uber, Lyft, DoorDash). Failure to comply may result in immediate rental termination.
Driver Eligibility & Verification
Section ELIGIBILITYTo rent a premium vehicle from us, you must meet strict eligibility criteria designed to ensure safety and compliance with rideshare and delivery platforms.
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of rental initiation.
You must possess a valid, non-temporary United States driver's license with a clean driving record for at least the past 3 consecutive years.
You must provide active, verified driver profiles on at least one approved rideshare (e.g., Uber, Lyft) or delivery (e.g., DoorDash, Instacart) platform.
You consent to a comprehensive background check, including motor vehicle record (MVR) screening and criminal background checks, prior to vehicle handover.
Rental Period, Payments & Security Deposit
Section RENTAL-PERIODAll rentals are structured on a weekly recurring basis. The minimum rental period is seven (7) consecutive days.
Payments are automatically processed weekly using the credit or debit card authorized on file. We do not accept cash or prepaid cards.
A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle pickup. This deposit is held to cover potential incidental charges, toll fees, or minor damages.
Late payments will incur a standard late fee of $50 per day. If a payment is overdue by more than 48 hours, we reserve the right to remotely disable and repossess the vehicle.
Insurance Coverage & Liability
Section INSURANCEOur premium vehicles are covered by a commercial insurance policy specifically tailored for rideshare and delivery activities. However, specific liability rules apply.
While actively driving on a gig platform (e.g., carrying a passenger or delivering an order), the gig platform's primary commercial insurance policy takes precedence.
During personal use or when offline, our commercial policy provides coverage subject to a standard deductible of $1,000, which is the sole responsibility of the renter.
You must immediately report any accident, collision, or damage to our 24/7 support line and file a police report within 2 hours of the incident.
Vehicle Maintenance & Care
Section MAINTENANCEWe pride ourselves on offering premium, highly-maintained vehicles. Keeping them in top condition is a shared responsibility.
Routine maintenance (oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations) is fully covered by us and must be scheduled at our authorized service centers every 5,000 miles.
Renters are responsible for daily fluid checks, maintaining proper tire pressure, and keeping the vehicle clean inside and out.
Smoking, vaping, or transporting pets (except registered service animals) inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and will result in a $250 detailing fee.
Prohibited Uses of the Vehicle
Section PROHIBITED-USEViolation of any prohibited use terms will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, forfeiture of the security deposit, and potential legal action.
The vehicle must not be driven by any individual other than the authorized renter listed on the agreement.
The vehicle must not be used for street racing, towing, off-road driving, or any illegal activities.
The vehicle must not be driven outside of the state of rental origin without prior written authorization from our management team.
